BOW CYCLE & MOTOR CO. is currently seeking a full-time, permanent RECEPTIONIST AND RENTAL CO-ORDINATOR
This position will require a very diverse individual that is flexible, self starting and willing to work on a variety of tasks and assignments in a fast paced environment. Strong Microsoft office knowledge and an outgoing personality is a MUST.
The main duties will include;
-Front end reception for a busy switchboard
-Assisting with A/P and A/R
-Data entry
-General office duties
-Scheduling rental appointments
Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break
Wage is competitive and based on relative experience, benefits package is available after 6 months of employment

BOW CYCLE & MOTOR CO. is currently seeking a FULL TIME SERVICE ADVISOR
The ideal candidate will be familiar with the products that we sell, have excellent customer service and communication skills and have a passion for taking care of our very important customers.
Job duties will include but not be limited to;
- Administrative duties, including numerous calls to current customers, filing, sorting and cash handling
- Clearly communicating and cooperating with other departments within the dealership
- Constant, professional communication and follow up with customers while their units are in our service department
- Work calmly and efficiently in a fast paced, stressful environment
The hours for the position will vary throughout the season and could include working some Saturday's and evenings.
